Tunde Wey's Nigerian Cooking

Tunde Wey is a gentleman from Nigeria (Lagos) going to school to become a doctor, but along the way he dropped out to become a chef. When he was young he learned how to cook by watching his Mom,Aunt and from watching videos on You tube; though he grew up eating the  food and he knew how it will taste.
While he was living in Detroit he decided to start his own Entrepreneurs business by traveling to different states, also around the world caring only a bag containing spices with him to different stores and restaurant to cook also to sell his food such as fufu, jellof rice, and all sorts of Nigerian food.
His food was so good that the customers said that it was so amazing that  they couldn't help themselves; so they paid for some more and then the customer went to inform others to go and try it. Tunde said that every time he eats some of his Nigerian cooking that it reminds him of his Mother kissing his cheeks and slobbering all over. Which shows that he misses his parents.
He had received an invitation to cook at a restaurant called The Diner by Chef Roy in Las Vegas. Although, when he was on the greyhound bus heading to Las Vegas there were two policemen that boarded and notified Tunde that his passport was no longer legal. So they locked him up and while he was in jail he thought that his life had ended. When Chef Roy found out he was in jail for two weeks he came and paid his bond of $6,000.
When he came out the judge gave him until 2017 to renew his American passport. Tunde now has his own restaurant in Detroit. He is currently doing well and waiting for his court date in 2017.
